Stonetrust Management is a Louisiana-licensed Managing General Agent responsible for all aspects of the insurance company operations, including claims management, loss control, underwriting, marketing, accounting, and policy administration.

Timothy W. Dietrich, CPA, MBA
Mr. Dietrich is
President of Stonetrust Management Services LLC, the management company
responsible for the day-to-day operations of Stonetrust Commercial
Insurance Company. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a
Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters in Business
Administration. Mr. Dietrich is a Louisiana licensed Certified Public
Accountant.
Glen G. Grigsby, CPCU
Mr. Grigsby
serves as Vice President of Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Company, where
he has been in charge of underwriting and marketing for over twelve years.
Prior to joining Stonetrust, Mr. Grigsby spent thirty years with
Commercial Union Insurance as Commercial Lines Manager for the Gulf
Region. He was responsible for the underwriting and production of
$75,000,000 in commercial lines business as well as overseeing policy
issuance, risk control, and auditing with a staff of
seventy-five.
A Louisiana Tech graduate with a degree in Accounting
and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter Designee (CPCU), Mr.
Grigsby makes his home in Ruston, Louisiana.
M. Shane
Treigle, CPA
Mr. Treigle is the Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Company and oversees all accounting, financial, investment and regulatory filing
matters. He is a Louisiana licensed
Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Treigle received his Bachelors
of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Dietrich is President of Stonetrust Management
Services LLC, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of
Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Company. He is the organizer of the
predecessor to Stonetrust, the LACE-SIF, and is a former auditor with the
Louisiana Department of Insurance. Mr. Dietrich is a Louisiana licensed
Certified Public Accountant.
Gordon D.
RobertsonImmediate Past Chairman
Mr. Robertson has over thirty years experience in the financial
services industry, including public accounting, Director of Financial
Services for the area’s largest hospital system, and as an auditor with
the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
William F.
Akin
Mr. Akin is a former Bank President and CEO of a New
Orleans area bank and a retired banking and financial consultant and
banking executive. Mr. Akin is Chairman of the Audit Committee for
Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Company.
Dr. Ye-Sho Chen
Dr. Chen is a Professor in
Management Information Systems at Louisiana State University. He is an
internationally renowned expert in information systems as well as decision
support and expert systems and their implementation in business operations. Mr. Chen is the author of numerous articles and publications on business model
development and computer information systems.
Stephen K. DiPirro
Mr. DiPirro is a Chemical
Engineer possessing over twenty-five years experience with a major international
oil, gas, and chemical company and has extensive knowledge and training in
workplace safety. He is Sole Proprietor of a real estate management
firm.
August C. Engelhardt
Mr. Engelhardt has
been a licensed Insurance Agent for over forty years and is Principal in one
of the largest independent insurance agencies in South
Louisiana.
Christian Faser III
Mr. Faser is an
Insurance Consultant with over thirty years experience in the insurance
industry. He is a former Deputy Insurance Commissioner with the Louisiana
Department of Insurance.
David A.
FlukerMr. Fluker is President of Fluker Farms, Inc., a
multinational corporation with facilities in Louisiana, Florida, and
Central America.
Grady Hazel
Mr. Hazel is Executive Director of the Society of Louisiana CPAs. An outstanding and respected member of his profession, he also serves on the AICPA Change Management Team and on various boards, including Neighbors Federal Credit Union, where he is Chairman of their Audit Committee.
